NUTELLA CUSTARD

1.Biscuits (of your choice)- 150 gm
2.Butter - 2Tablespoons
3.Nutella - 1 Cup
   Fresh Cream- 1 Cup
4.Chinagrass - 1 Packet(10gm)
5.Milk - 2 Cup
   Custard Powder - 3 Tablespoon
   Condensed Milk - 1 Tin (400 gm)
6.Fresh Cream - 2 Cup
   Vanilla Essence - 2 Teaspoon
   Sugar - 6 Tablespoons
7.Chocolate Grated - for Garnish

  • Ground the Biscuits into fine powder.
  • Add butter to it and mix well using your fingers.
  • Press it well on to a pie dish or to any bowl in which u intend to make the custard.
  • Mix the 3rd ingredients and blend well.
  • Pour it on top of the biscuit layer and refrigerate.
  • Melt the china grass adding one cup of water to it.
  • Now mix the 5th ingredients in a sauce pan and keep stirring until it thickens.
  • When it starts to thicken add the china grass and remove from flame.
  • Add the 6th ingredients in a bowl and beat well
  • Now slowly fold the cream mixture to the custard  mixture.
  • Finally pour this on to the nutella cream layer and refrigerate.
  • Garnish with grated chocolate.
** I had made this desert along with china grass and once without it too.I felt without chinagrass its better.
