2.Butter - 2Tablespoons
3.Nutella - 1 Cup
Fresh Cream- 1 Cup
4.Chinagrass - 1 Packet(10gm)
5.Milk - 2 Cup
Custard Powder - 3 Tablespoon
Condensed Milk - 1 Tin (400 gm)
6.Fresh Cream - 2 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 2 Teaspoon
Sugar - 6 Tablespoons
7.Chocolate Grated - for Garnish
- Ground the Biscuits into fine powder.
- Add butter to it and mix well using your fingers.
- Press it well on to a pie dish or to any bowl in which u intend to make the custard.
- Mix the 3rd ingredients and blend well.
- Pour it on top of the biscuit layer and refrigerate.
- Melt the china grass adding one cup of water to it.
- Now mix the 5th ingredients in a sauce pan and keep stirring until it thickens.
- When it starts to thicken add the china grass and remove from flame.
- Add the 6th ingredients in a bowl and beat well
- Now slowly fold the cream mixture to the custard mixture.
- Finally pour this on to the nutella cream layer and refrigerate.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
